No overselling, no guesswork — just a Air Conditioning Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Priority scheduling available across Loveland and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
A licensed technician arrives, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong in plain language.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
We're not interested in being the cheapest quote on the page — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Licensing and insurance aren't optional line items for us, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Ask around Loveland and you'll hear the same complaint about a lot of HVAC companies. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Loveland is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
That local context saves time on every call, because we're not starting from zero on basic questions about your neighborhood or your system. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Loveland's housing stock.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Loveland techs handle it with the same level of care.
A dead system in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap isn't just inconvenient — it can be a real safety issue for kids, pets, and older residents. Our Loveland dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Loveland homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Loveland homeowners through load calculations so the new system is sized correctly for the actual square footage before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Loveland, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
Property managers working with multiple Loveland locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
Preventive maintenance is the cheapest repair you'll ever pay for, because it's the one that prevents the bigger bill. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle duct cleaning and sealing to stop conditioned air from leaking into attics and crawlspaces for Loveland households that want more than just temperature control.
We'll show you photos of anything concerning we find, along with a plain-language explanation of what it means and whether it's urgent.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
Emergency dispatch never comes with a hidden surcharge sprung on you after the fact.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your Loveland address.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A tune-up often identifies exactly what's driving the extra energy use.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
Chemical odors may signal a refrigerant leak, which requires a licensed technician to handle safely.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.
We explain what failed, why it failed, and what the options are.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
Every review below reflects an actual service call in the Loveland area.
"The furnace stopped working overnight and someone was at our door before 9am. The pricing was exactly what they quoted over the phone."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing."
"They handled the whole install in a single day, exactly like they said they would. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. My energy bill dropped noticeably the first month with the new system."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. No overnight surcharge shock — the price matched what dispatch quoted me on the phone."
None of these are unusual or embarrassing — they're just the normal wear and tear that comes with running a system through Loveland's seasonal swings.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Filters should be checked monthly during heavy-use seasons and replaced roughly every 60-90 days depending on your household and any pets.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
We don't outsource dispatch to a call center that's never met our technicians.
Over a decade in residential heating and cooling, with a focus on load calculations and full system replacements.
Known for fast, accurate diagnostics on no-heat and no-cool breakdowns.
Experienced with the light industrial and retail equipment common across the area.
Because our trucks are staged near Loveland, average arrival windows run faster than what national chains typically offer.

Yes, no-heat and no-cool situations are treated as priority calls regardless of the hour.
We maintain current credentials because it protects both our customers and our team.
As a general guideline, if a system is past 12-15 years old and facing a costly repair, replacement often makes more financial sense.
Ask your technician about current plan pricing during any service call.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our service area, a quick call to +1-866-805-8548 will confirm it.
Yes, we run separate residential and commercial divisions, both fully licensed and equipped for their respective equipment.
If parts require special ordering for a less common brand, we'll communicate that timeline upfront.
Financing options are available for qualifying replacement installations, and our team can walk you through what's currently offered.
Systems that run harder due to heavy year-round use may benefit from more frequent check-ins.
Beyond basic safety checks, it's best to leave diagnosis to a licensed technician rather than attempting a repair yourself.
Ask about current after-hours rates when you call +1-866-805-8548.
More involved repairs, like a coil replacement or a refrigerant leak repair, take longer and the tech will give you a realistic estimate before starting.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Our technicians are familiar with both, which means less time spent figuring out your specific setup and more time actually fixing the problem.
If you manage several units or a shared system across a Loveland property, ask about setting up a standing service account so every request gets handled under one consistent agreement.
Qualifying installations can be financed through options we'll walk you through during your in-home estimate, with terms explained clearly before you commit to anything. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Loveland installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
